Kazim Narsinh is an Assistant Professor of Neuroendovascular Surgery. He is a clinician-scientist with expertise endovascular surgical techniques and emerging focused ultrasound technologies to treat a myriad of neurological conditions. His scientific and clinical interests are in applying focused ultrasound as a modality to disrupt the blood-brain barrier to improve delivery of vascular- and brain-targeted therapeutics or to ablate damaged neural circuitry. He is currently investigating mechanisms to modulate blood-brain brain disruption to further facilitate therapeutic delivery. Outside the lab, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
